On behalf of the committee I would like to thank everyone in the village who supported the Carnival over the Easter weekend by participating in the Duck Race and the other fundraising events arranged by Duncan and Nicki of the Brewers Arms.

The various events, Quiz Night at The Brewers Arms (£202.00) and the Duck Race (£830.00) raised a magnificent total of £1032.00 towards being able to put on this years Carnival. These events would not have been possible without people prepared to give their time and effort to help organize them and to whom I would like to extend my eternal thanks.
